Matt Barker is co-founder of Homes of Minnesota and has been selling Real Estate in the Twin Cities area for over 12 years. Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. His passion, dedication, and creative influences are critical to the Team. Matt currently resides in St. Paul with his family.

Brandon Hedges is the other co-founder of the Homes of Minnesota Team and also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Afterwards, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the Hamline University School of Law. His legal background and more than 11 years of Real Estate sales experience are qualities that are essential to our organization. A lifelong resident of the Twin Cities, he lives in Woodbury with his family.

Dena Hodnett - Buyer's Agent. Shannon Sand - Buyer's Agent. Shannon is a graduate from the University of St. Thomas, with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and sociology. Origianlly from North Dakota, she now calls the Twin Cities her home. Though her degree in education is not directly related to Real Estate, the same interpersonal skills created through her past teacher and student relationships have created the foundation necessary for her agent and client rapport. Jim Dysart - Buyer's Agent. His career in real estate started long before he became a licensed Realtor. As the son of a home builder, he worked as a carpenter and in a lumber yard before attending Brown Institute and graduating with a degree in Radio Broadcasting. He returned to Real Estate in 2000 and takes great pride in simplifying and de-mystifying the process of buying and selling homes. Jim lives in Maplewood with his family.
