Matt Barker is co-founder of Barker & Hedges and has been selling Real Estate in the Twin Cities area for over 10 years. Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. His passion, dedication, and creative influences are critical to the Team. Brandon Hedges is the other co-founder of the Barker & Hedges Team and also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Afterwards, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the Hamline University School of Law. His legal background and more than 9 years of Real Estate sales experience are qualities that are essential to our organization. A lifelong resident of the Twin Cities, he lives in Woodbury with his family.

Dena Hodnett serves our Team in the dual roles of Listing Coordinator and Buyer's Agent. Chris Schlaeger is our Office Manager, responsible for the day to day operations of our Team. She will organize your title work, inspection, loan approval, appraisal, city inspection, utility changes and closing. She is also responsible for the overall communication of our Team members and clients. Her mission is to make a complicated process seem easy. She truly is the organizational lifeline for the Barker & Hedges team. Chris currently resides in White Bear Lake with her family.
