Anoka County Down Payment Assistance Program

Anoka Home Down Payment Assistance Program is designed to help first time homebuyers purchase homes more affordably by providing deferred loans that can be used for down payment assistance. Eligible buyers may qualify for up to $10,000 grant. The principle only mortgage must be repaid it the proprty is sold under 5 years.

Max price allowed for the home $276,683

Min invest $1,000

Max income must be below $64,720

Must attend Homestretch Class

Anoka County NSP Funds

Must close by 2/28/10 as program is phasing out, must do Homestretch, have 1000 invested, only available in targeted areas in Anoka county, must be bank owned and cannot have an association, up to 10000 0% int, required to be repaid upon sale, refi, income max 97080 (1-4) Not required to be FTHB
