Waite Park Minneapolis Neighborhood Information
Waite Park is primarily a residential neighborhood, though the Shoreham Yards train repair facility is here. The land is expected to be redeveloped in the future, however. A recreational space called Waite Park features a wading pool, play courts, play fields, and a picnic area. The park is adjacent to Waite Park Community School and the Waite Park Recreation Center.
