Washington County first time home buyer programs

Anyone seeking first time homebuyer assistance is required to complete the HomeStretch Homebuyer Workshop.  This is a 9 hour program that is taught either as an all day course on a Saturday or during three consecutive weekday evenings for three hour sessions.  The fee is $30.00 due on the first day of the workshop.  Please contact us below for further details.
