Cleveland Minneapolis Real Estate

Located in the Camden Community, the Cleveland neighborhood is in the northwestern area of Minneapolis. It is bounded by Lowry Avenue to the south, Penn Avenue in the east, Dowling Avenue to the north, and Xerxes Avenue to the west.

The ward is named after Grover Cleveland, who was born in 1837 and twice was elected as President. The Cleveland area has a suburban atmosphere, even though it is in one of the largest cities in Minnesota.

Many of the homes in the neighborhood are single-family homes constructed between 1920 and 1940. The architectural styles found here area Craftsman Bungalows, Colonial Revivals and Tudor Revivals.
