Columbia Park Minneapolis Real Estate

Columbia Park is a neighborhood found in the Northeast Community of Minneapolis. Its borders are 37th Avenue to the north, Central Avenue to the east and 27th Avenue and St. Anthony Boulevard to the south. It is bound on the west by University Avenue NE, 4th Street NE and the Mississippi River. This area was so named for the recreational space called Columbia Park, a local park acquired by Minneapolis 1892, the “Columbian” year.

The majority of the housing in Columbia Park is single-family units that are owner occupied. The homes in the area are largely brick and stucco Tudors as well as two-story Colonials. The homeowners in this neighborhood have taken great pride in their community and their residences.
