If you’re looking to buy a home or refinance your existing home, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency offers a variety of programs that ensure a fixed and affordable interest rate
Down Payments
Minnesota Housing can also help provide buyers with a down payment and closing cost loan of up to $15,000. But loans are only available to borrowers who also get a Minnesota Housing first mortgage.
Home Improvements
Fixing up your home can be made possible using Minnesota Housing as well.
