Morris Park is found along the southeast border of Minneapolis in the Nokomis Community. Its limits are are 34th Avenue, 4th Street, 46th Avenue, and the Twin Cities Air Force Reserve Base. The neighborhood is named after Franklin Steele's daughter, Mary C. Morris.
Morris Park, as its name suggests, is home to parks, playgrounds, and plenty of beautiful green space. This is one of the best features of the area, a serene place for residents to enjoy the outdoors.
The homes in Morris Park were largely constructed between 1920 and 1960, with the majority being single-family homes on cozy lots of land. The architectural styles found here are mini-Tudors, Bungalows and some one-story Ranch homes.

This neighborhood is a member of the Nokomis East Neighborhood Association, which also includes the surrounding neighborhoods of Wenonah, Minnehaha and Keewaydin. The association works towards improving life for the 3,000 people that call Morris Park home. Around 65% of Morris Park housing is occupied by families, though more young couples and seniors are also moving to the area.
