North Saint Paul Minnesota Real Estate

The Minnesota city of North St. Paul is located 10 miles northeast of the city of Saint Paul within Ramsey County. North Saint Paul was founded in 1870 by Henry A. Castle, who had a vision for the city to have a community that combines commercial and industrial initiatives with the peace and quiet of tree-filled, residential areas, with a balanced environment for both work and play. To that end, the vision has been achieved, as North St. Paul has great parks and recreational opportunities abound, even as a well-rounded, centrally located, and expanding business district has been realized.

North St. Paul is a distinct location from nearby St. Paul and is not to be confused with one of its neighborhoods, the North End. Minnesota Highway 36 and the Gateway State Trail, bisect the City of North St. Paul. Interstate Highway 694 is close by. These Minnesota causeways make accessing all of the Twin Cities very easy. The Gateway State Trail being so close is great news for those who love to bike, especially taking long trips through many other Minnesota cities.

Doesn’t this Minnesota city sounds like a place worth investigating?
