The city of St. Paul is the capital of the state of Minnesota.This city is smaller than its Twin City brother, Minneapolis, but has much to offer all residents of the area. The West 7th area also has other delectable spots to eat, like McGovern's, Burger Moe's, Eagle Street Grille, The Liffey and Tom Reid's. All these spots to eat and drink are within blocks of each other. With the home of the Minnesota Wild, the Xcel Energy Center, just blocks away, all these spots are packed on game nights. St. Paul is also home to the famous Grand Avenue, a thriving spot of commerce and residential living areas.

St. Paul is home to the Ordway, the Science Museum of Minnesota, the Children's Museum, the Minnesota Historical Society History Center and the State Capitol. St. Paul has convenient access to the metro's highways which gives residents access to all the Twin Cities has to offer. Much of the St. Paul area homes were built in the early to mid 20th century. These homes have a lot of unique characteristics and are rich with the history of the area.
